Employee Highlights...

Josh Soppe:

Josh works in seed and chemical sales at Choice Ag Services. A West Delaware graduate, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University before spending three years as a district sales manager. Josh later co-founded Choice Ag Services of Manchester. He’s committed to staying up to date through ongoing product and sales training and enjoys helping customers make confident decisions using solid data and real-world insight.

Dustin Fessler:

Dustin leads agricultural technology at Choice Ag Services. A West Delaware graduate, he earned an associate’s degree in Agriculture Geospatial Technology from Kirkwood Community College. After five years with Innovative Ag, Dustin co-founded Choice Ag Services of Manchester. He focuses on bringing practical, up-to-date technology to customers and enjoys helping them apply those tools in ways that make a real difference in their operations.

Ben Bollwitt:

Ben is a Precision Ag Specialist at Choice Ag Services. A Monticello High School graduate, he earned an associate’s degree in Agriculture Geospatial Technology from Kirkwood Community College. Prior to joining Choice Ag Services in 2024, Ben gained valuable experience working with DigiFarm VBN. He enjoys working with both current and future customers, helping them apply precision ag solutions in practical ways that make a meaningful difference in their operations.

Ben Stuart:

Stewie handles operations and agronomy sales at Choice Ag Services. Originally from Polk City, Iowa, he earned a degree in Agricultural Systems Technology from Iowa State University. Ben joined Choice Ag Services part-time in 2024 and transitioned to a full-time role in 2026. He enjoys working closely with customers to improve their agronomic experience through seed, chemical, and spraying services.
